![]() As we get to the end of yet another year (wow - how do they go by so fast?!), I want to simply share a story with a thought on how we can all approach our coming days ... One evening an old Cherokee told his grandson about a battle that goes on inside people. He said, "My son, the battle is between two wolves inside us all. One is Evil - it is anger, envy, jealousy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority and ego. The other is Good - it is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and faith." The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather, "Which wolf wins?" The old Cherokee simply replied, "The one you feed." Wishing you success in feeding the Good wolf, Rhonda

Reward yourself! That's the cherry on top of your job-well-done! This does not mean to go shopping for more stuff or eating beyond your day's capacity. Read a book without guilt about sitting there; go for a walk and pause to enjoy the thrill of being in Nature; sip a great cup of tea, coffee, your pleasure ....
